Meet Monica -CEO
Allow me to introduce Monica, the owner and operator of MC Elite Case Management LLC. She is a highly accomplished Human Service Professional with an exceptional track record in the healthcare industry. For over a decade, she has provided high-quality case management services to adults who have physical disabilities and or traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Monica holds a Master of Science in Human and Social Services from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Kennesaw State University. Monica firmly believes in collaborating with each client or authorized representative to ensure they have complete knowledge and control over every aspect of their care. She works closely with her clients and healthcare professionals to deliver services efficiently and effectively. In her leisure time, Monica loves spending time with her loved ones, traveling, cooking, listening to music, reading, painting, swimming, tending to her house plants, enjoying nature, living purposefully, and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

We strongly believe in working collectively with each client or their representative to ensure they have full knowledge and control over every aspect of their care. To ensure a high-quality standard of care we thoroughly and routinely review each client's Plan of Care, carefully documenting, and assessing their progress, needs, adherence, goals, appropriateness, and overall satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to treating everyone with empathy, patience, compassion, dignity, and respect.
